I haven't really been buying many things from Lilly in the last year. I went really overboard getting ready for wedding events and the honeymoon, so I really didn't need anything. I also gained some weight after my wedding and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new size. I havent been following the collections too much in the last year and a half, so when my co-worker (who knows about my Lilly obsession) emailed me about the New Year Cheer Sale, I knew I needed to check it out. I probably missed out on some things since I didn't even go look until noon, but I was able to spend a modest amount pretty easily regardless! I don't think Lilly makes much of anything I don't like! Here is what I picked up at the sale...
I saw this at Belk for a great price of $75, but Lilly marked it to $49 for the sale. I'm glas I passed on it as Belk! I really like the print and think it will be cute for work!
I just fell in love with this print and I really like this style. It is nice for casual wear, but it can also be dressed up. I think this will be super cute for Valentines Day with a pink pashmina scarf and boots if the weather is still chilly.
I have never tried the Elsa top, but it seems to be a favorite of many blogs I read. I couldn't resist getting it for the price!
I also recently got a few other Lilly items. My inlaws gave me the Georgia Murfee scarf for Christmas. I have been dying to have this for months! One of my favorite gifts for sure!
I also received this Porter top from my Grandparents-In-Law. I really love it!
I recently saw this Camie dress for sale on our hometown yard sale Facebook page. It was new with tags from someone that I had mutual friends with. I messaged her and scooped this up. I am looking forward to wearing it as soon as it warms up here! I am not sure if I can "winterize" it to look right for the season or if I will just have to wait until March-ish.

Who can resist a good sale? I'm not a big Lilly fan personally, but I can appreciate a sale!
ReplyDeleteUmmm, yah! You know it!! I was actually pretty good during this sale. I got a pair of wedges, a porter top in rose water, amberly dress in spring fever toile, helena sweater dress in black, a stuffed shells float, a fancy fest id/card holder, a sweet nothings murfette. sounds like a lot but it was less than 300 bucks. not even thinking about what the actual retail bill of that would have been!
