Blog Design

Happy Friday!!! I am so glad it is time for the weekend and we can all have some fun! I have a busy weekend planned and I am going to try to finish up all the jewelry I am trying to make. If you want to know what I am doing this weekend, see yesterday's post. I am so excited right now because I am going to have my blog designed! I went with Leslie from Lamberts Lately for my blog design. She has a seperate blog for her design company called Designed by Leslie. I am so excited because the blog is going to match my etsy banner that she is also designing. If any of y'all are thinking about a blog design, her work is great and her prices are very reasonable. I have been looking at a blog design for a while now and I had sticker shock when I first looked at how much everything cost. However, Leslie's prices are so affordable that as soon as I saw what I got for the price, I emailed her immediately! I can't wait to debut the new look and show you my etsy store! Have a great weekend!

Random Ramblings

I feel like I am shooting in a million different directions today! I have been so busy and I am now getting this quick post in while I am trying to clean my house. Let's see...I have gone to work today, picked up Mary Kay from my consultant and delivered it to the people who it went to, went out to eat mexican (YUM!), hung out with Thomas for a little while, cleaning my house right now, about to do my new skin care routine, and all while I am watching The Real Housewives of Atlanta marathon. I can't wait for the premiere of the next season tonight! I really don't care for these particular women like I do the other women in the other cities, but since I am a GA girl and I love to watch shows filled with drama...I watch it as well. Are all of y'all going to watch RHOA this season? Besides all of this I have my mind spinning around finishing up jewelry and starting my etsy shop, contemplating becoming a Mary Kay consultant in the future, getting everything together for Girl's Night tomorrow at Melissa's house (well, there will be one boy, baby Preston!) Melissa and I are going to watch Confessions of a Shopaholic, do facial masks, eat junk food, and chat! It will be such a fun night. This weekend Thomas and I have reservations to go out to a fancy restaurant downtown call Il Pasticio on Saturday. I just have a packed schedule over the next couple of days! It will be tons of fun and I will take pictures! Oh, and it's almost Friday! YAY!

By the way, look over to your right and look at my new gadget! I have joined the Blog Frog community! You can follow my community and ask me questions through a forum in my community. It is also a great way to meet other bloggers. So fun!

Mary Kay Purchases

I met with my Mary Kay girl yesterday afternoon to finalize my order. Well, I got quite a bundle of items (for a fantastic price I must say). I am very excited because I have been searching for about a year for a good skincare system that had proven results and didn't put me in the poor house to pay for. I have used Mary Kay products for years off and on because every consultant I had would move away or quit doing it or something like that. I know the products are good and I always go back to them. I used to use Clinique, but I think my skin got too used to it or I outgrew it because it started to make me break out and I have never broken out ever in my life! I switched to Neutrogena products because they are cheap and since I started breaking out, so I thought it would be good until I found something better. I have liked them pretty well, but I don't feel like I am doing anything to improve my skin with them. I feel like I am just keeping my skin clean, but not really helping my skin for future years. I am excited to say I got the whole MK Time Wise skin care system. Here is my new routine:

  • Time Wise cleanser in the morning and night
  • Day Serum with SPF in the morning
  • Night Serum with vitamins to improve and prevent fine lines
  • Moisturizer
  • Firming Eye Cream to improve and prevent fine lines
  • Microdermabrasion System to be used about twice a week. This stuff is fantastic because it is so gritty that it gets the dead skin cells off and your face immediately looks for radiant and refreshed. I tried it and could see results for days!
  • Satin Lips System which I plan to do on the days I do the Microdermabrasion. I also will do my Satin Hands on those days too, but I already own that.
  • Eye Primer to keep my shadow on all day! I have heard raves about this from my co-worker. I put this on after all this other stuff, but before my makeup
  • Time Wise Lip Primer for the same purpose, plus it is supposed to keep your lips from getting those fine lines on and around them.
  • Ultimate Mascara which is my hands down favorite mascara ever and I was almost out of my Loreal kind.

I got everything other than my skincare 50% off and I got a big discount, which will hopefully go up in a couple of days and I can get a refund! I am waiting on a couple of people to finalize their orders. I plan to replace all of my makeup with MK as it runs out now that I have a consultant that isn't going anywhere. If y'all haven't ever tried MK products, I can promise you will not be disappointed. The price point is great, customer service is top notch, and the products last forever. A little goes such a long way with MK!

Weekend Wrap-Up

Hello ladies! I hope everyone had a great weekend! I did, but it went by very quickly. I had a Mary Kay party Friday night and it went great. I am getting a pretty good discount based on my party's sales and my hostess gift is so nice! I haven't completely made my order yet because we were waiting for a few girls to finish up deciding if they wanted anything else. I am meeting my MK rep today to place my order. I am pretty sure I am going to get the skin care system they have, Satin Lips, Eye Primer, Lip Primer, and possibly one other thing (I get 4 additional items 50% off after the skin care, so I am trying to take advantage of that) I am very excited because I love MK! It is a great product for a great price. Saturday, my beads finally came in and I started making some jewelry. I LOVE what I made and was tempted to keep it for myself, but I didn't :) Sunday, I went to visit my Daddy and then hung out with Thomas and Ashton and her husband, Trey, for the evening. All in all it was a great weekend!

I'm Still Here!

Don't fret girls! I am still here and I haven't deserted this little blog. I have just had a case of the blahs recently. Work has really been getting to me because of a certain person that I just don't mesh with. Oh well, such is life and we just deal with it! This past weekend, I ate out and relaxed and ate some more and then saw Harry Potter again and then ate again. I swear I feel like all I did this whole weekend was go out to eat. I can feel a difference in my waistline, so I need to put a stop to all of that! All I have done this week is work and then go home and get in bed and read and sleep. I have been reading the first Harry Potter book again and reading a special book that was sent to me to review. Next week, I will be reviewing this book on my blog! I will be back in full force next week, but I just needed a little rest and relaxation this week. I have really been meditating on God's word and trying to listen to him this week. My Bible study leader and our book challenged us to try to simplify your life for a few days or however long you felt called to and just focus on the Lord. I have been trying to do this and I have felt so alive and grateful for Jesus' sacrifice through this. It has actually brought me closer to Jesus in just a few days! I would encourage anyone out there that is looking for direction or just wants to take their relationship with Christ to the next level to do this. This Bible study that I have been doing is fantastic and has strengthened my relationship with Jesus so much. It is called When Wallflower's Dance and it is about becoming a woman of righteous confidence and growing in your relationship with Jesus. My church and small group has been such a blessing in my life this year and I would also encourage any of y'all out there who do not have a church home to try to find one. It has brought me so many blessings like new friends, a stronger walk with Christ, and direction and peace in my heart about where I am going in life. I will be back on Monday with this blog, but I have a lot going on this weekend. My daddy is coming into town and I haven't seen him in over a year, so I am going to spend time with him. Friday evening, I am having a Mary Kay party at my house. Talk to y'all next week!

Introducing Deep South Designs!

I have taken the plunge and made my Etsy store. My name is Deep South Designs (all one word on Etsy). Here is the link. I haven't gotten everything set up quite yet, in fact I don't even have any jewelry in there to sell. Ha! I made a huge jewelry order last night from my favorite beading website and as soon as it arrives, I will make it and list it. I am so excited. I will let y'all know when I get everything listed on there, but until then make sure you add me to your favorite sellers! Now, I need to get a banner made and maybe a graphic for business cards and shipping labels. Does anyone know a good reference?

Is it just me, or...

are the new items in Lilly's Fall 09 collection priced lower than usual? I went to look at all the new clothes online yesterday and was surprised that almost every one of my favorite items were priced below $200. The one item I cannot live without is only $168! Still pricey, but much easier to come up with! I am thinking about buying this dress as soon as it hits stores! I could wear it as is in September and into October considering how hot it still is in GA then, but then when it gets chilly, I could throw on a turtleneck, tights, and boots or ballet flats! Agnes Skirt $98 - This would be so cute with a turtleneck and boots or ballet flats. Can you tell what is my standard "uniform" of fall!
Alina Dress $198 - This would be perfect for Savannah fall because it doesn't get chilly here until November or December and it is likely we will have hot snaps throughout the winter months. Last Christmas, I was wearing shorts!

Burke Dress $258 - This is my second favorite dress of the collection. I love the sleeves and and it would look too cute with some navy pumps for church. I will have to add this one to my list to look out for when it goes on sale!

Keating Dress $298 - I love this print! There is also a cute top that is similar to this style. I would love to own either the top or the dress!

Lulu Dress $198 - I couldn't believe that this dress was under $200! It looks like it should be one of their most expensive! I love the classic look of this one and think it would look so cute for work and church! It would be perfect sleeveless until it gets chilly here and then I could throw on a turtleneck. This is in my top 5 of the season!I seriously love the bird theme of this collection! I would love to own everything I posted about today, but alas I have to buy school books and pay my bills...boo! I will definitely keep my eyes peeled later this fall to see if any of these items go on sale and I might just have be bold and pay full price to add one of them to my collection to kick off fall...we will see on that one, ha! Which items are your favorite?

Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince

I am a big Harry Potter fan. I started reading the books when I was in the sixth grade. I probably read the first two about 5 times each. I have read the third book about 2-3 times and I have read the fourth once because it is so long (my favorite by far and the end of the movie is so different than the book it makes me sad) I have all of the books, but I just haven't found the time to read the rest of them. I really want to, but I feel like I need to start with 1 and go all the way to the end. I have attempted this several times, thus the reason I read 1 and 2 about 5 times. After going to see The Half Blood Prince last night, I really want to read the books again. I already knew the big bombshell that was going to happen in the movie, and I know about all of the big things that happen in the books because people told me after they read them even though I didn't want to know. I guess that's why I put off reading them. I have heard that a lot of things in The Half Blood Prince movie were changed from the book or left out. I really want to see for myself and not just have someone tell me. Tonight I am going to start reading the Harry Potter books from book 1 to book 7. I can't wait! By the way, I loved the movie and I plan to go see it again while it is in theaters. I would highly suggest going to see it if you like Harry Potter or the fantasy genre in general.

Etsy

I am contemplating creating an Etsy store. Actually, it's more like I have decided that I am. I am little scared by my new venture, but it seems like Etsy is pretty low risk and it will be a lot of fun. I am going to sell my handmade jewelry. I am always wanting to make jewelry, but I only need so much and my friends only want so much. Not to mention, it isn't a cheap hobby. I mean it's cheaper than going out and buying jewelry, but it does cost money to do and when I don't wear the stuff it makes me not want to go out to buy more supplies. I really want to have the freedom to go out and buy things that I want to make and not have the voice in my head saying, "Why are you buying more Swarovski crystals, you don't need another necklace." Therefore, it will be lots of fun to create an Etsy store to help further my hobby and get my money back for the supplies I have bought. I am going to stick to jewelry for now since it is really my favorite hobby, but hopefully one day I can add some other things that I like to make. I haven't set up my account yet, but this weekend I am planning to play around with it and list some things that I have made but don't wear. Once I get a name secured, I will add a link to my blog so that y'all can peruse my jewelry and maybe you will get lucky and see something you want! I am going to make a large order for jewelry supplies tonight, so I am excited to make my new items and get them listed too! Wish me luck! Here are some photos of my jewelry I have made in the past.

Shopaholic's Spree

I can't believe how many sales are going on right now! I wasn't really looking to buy anything this month because I don't really need any more clothes for summer, but I am always on the lookout for a good deal. You can really stock up for less if you keep your eyes peeled! Here are my purchases (some of the photos are bad, but my camera isn't the greatest)
Cleary Colorblocked Dress in Chocolate Brown $268 ~ I have had my eye on this ever since last year. It probably was my favorite item of the season, but the price was always higher than I could pay. I recently found it on the Internet for a good price, but it was one size to big. I contemplated buying it, but decided to search ebay for it before I did anything. I am so glad I did because I found it in my size, in the color I wanted, and for the great price of $60!
While on ebay I found this cute skirt by Lilly. I am not sure which year it is from, but it has the older tag on it. It is sewn corduroy patches and the colors are beautiful. This picture doesn't do it justice. I am planning on wearing it in the fall with a hot pink turtleneck and my brown suede boots. I got this treasure for $10.Last week, my coworker and I decided we needed to get out of the building for a break and decided to head over to the Goodwill to see if they had anything good. I am telling y'all right now, Goodwill is the best kept secret around! It is no frills obviously, but you can find fantastic items if you are willing to dig which is fun to me :) My team leader buys everything she owns there and she always looks great! Think about what you donate to Goodwill...see it not as bad as you think. This particular location gets lots of designer items, so it is always fun to look. I found this Chanel looking jacket for $3.99! It is 100% woven silk and cropped, super cute!I got this Le Suit jacket for $3.99! It has cute ruffles on the pockets and I think it will be nice with some black pants for church and for meetings at my job. We don't have a dress code, but there are times I need to wear a suit. This is a great staple to add to my closet. I also found both of these leather belts for $5 all together. The tan one is from Banana Republic and the black one is from The Limited. I had to run an errand at The Pink Closet to pick up my check from selling some of my clothes. You know I have an eye for Lilly and wouldn't you know that when I went to get my check, I saw a little of this fabric peeking out from a pile of clothes someone had just brought in to sell. I asked her if I could see the item and of course it just happened to be my size! It was calling my name, so I tried it on. It looked fantastic on and I have been eying this dress since it came out. I just had to get it! She was selling it for more than I wanted to buy and I could have bought it on the Internet for a lesser price, so I haggled her down and put my store credit towards to dress. I got this brand new with tags Lilly Newport dress for $58!The next day, Thomas' sister Kelly wanted to go over to The Pink Closet so we headed over to browse. I looked around and this skirt was calling my name! The price was right at $13, so I tried it on. It looked great, so I added it to my closet! You can't see in the photo, but it is black tweed with specks of mustard yellow and orange. I am planning on wearing this all fall with a turtleneck in either yellow or orange and my black leather boots. The brand is The Limited.Saturday we headed down to Jekyll Island and on the way stopped at the Darien Outlets. I saw so many cute things for fall, but I of course will wait for them to be marked down. I did see this cute bikini and flip flops at Tommy Hilfiger and had to have them. The bikini was $10 for the top and $10 for the bottom and the flip flops were 50% off and my mother was so sweet to buy them for me!Last night, I thought my shopping was over. Ashton and I had to stop by the mall to pick up a baby shower gift for one of her friends and we ran into Burlington Coat Factory to get it. We decided to browse the shoes because she needed a new pair of black dressy sandals and I needed nude pumps. I couldn't believe how cheap everything was! I walked away with 3 pairs for an approximate total of $30! I got these Pierre Dumas brown leather pumps for $11.99. The only brown pumps I own are suede from Payless, so I think I needed these. I also got these Anne Klein Happy pumps for $9.99 a pair. They had the original manufacturers sticker on there for $189! Can you believe it! I actually did a post about these shoes a couple of months ago. They are very cute on and I needed a new pair of black patent as mine are worn out and from Payless. I have been looking for a nude pair, so I got them too!
So let's add it up! Drumroll please...the grand total for this shopping spree was approximately $203! I can't even believe how many items I got for that! Run don't walk over to your closest thrift shop, Goodwill, consignment shop, outlet mall, or even hop over to ebay because there is no reason to pay a lot to look good when you can get great pieces at a fraction of the price!

Weekend Wrap Up

This weekend was extremely busy. Jeremy, my brother from L.A., flew in to see us for the weekend. Jason, my other brother who is in law school, and his wife and two girls came also. We had a packed house! Friday, Thomas, Jeremy, and I went to the movies and then we all ate dinner with my mom at home. Saturday, everyone went down to Jekyll Island to go to Summer Waves. We had a great time! We also had time to stop by the Darien Outlets before we got to the water park. I got a new bikini and some super cute pink and green flip flops. Sunday, we all relaxed and then took Jeremy to the airport. The weekend went by very quickly, but it was so much fun! I had some time this weekend to get some shopping in as well. I have been trying to avoid stores and online shopping ever since I got back from my cruise. I bought a lot of items before the vacation and didn't really need anything else for summer. I just found so many deals this week that I couldn't pass them up! Look for tomorrow's post for all of my goodies and the great deals I got!

A Burning Question

I was shampooing my hair this past weekend and this question popped into my head (don't all ideas and questions pop into people's heads when they are in the shower) I decided I had to ask all my readers sometime this week. I would love to have as many people as possible chime in on this so that my inquiring mind can know! Here we go with the question...If you are a Lilly lover (or a fan of any pricey clothing line/store) when do you buy your items? Do you look through the catalog and pick out what you want and then pre-order or get them right when they hit stores? Do you wait for your favorite items to get their first price cut or a coupon day? Do you wait until the next season's clothing comes out and get them for a much larger price cut? Do you wait so long that you can't find them in stores anymore and then get them on ebay? Do you scour the discount sites, or just check your local store for a good markdown? Do markdowns even matter to you? I am very interested in your shopping habits! Ha! As for my answer to this question, I have never paid full price for a Lilly Pulitzer anything and I probably have about 30 pieces of Lilly. I usually get the catalog and make a mental note of all the items that I love most (that's the hardest part, and it usually changes every day). A couple months after the clothes hit the stores, I start hunting for who has the best sale on a certain item. Some websites will sell the same item and charge completely different prices (like $100 different). If I see items that I have been wanting and the sale is enough for me, then I will buy it. I usually look out every week or two for new discounts. I have also been known to buy last season's clothes real cheap when the weather is so that you can't wear them anymore. I have bought a lot of last Fall's Lilly for about 30-40% of the original price! I also use ebay! Ebay is my best friend when it comes to getting a deal! So that's how I buy my Lilly! I think I sound a little ridiculous, but I love Lilly and I frankly can't afford a $350 everyday dress. I wish I could, and hopefully one day I will, but for now this works for me! Does anyone else scour sales like me? Please tell me I am not the only discount shopper! Those of you that can buy the clothes you want for full price, I want to hear from y'all too! How do y'all decide which items to buy? I wouldn't know what to buy since I love all of it so much! I can't wait to hear your answers!

Wedding Wednesday

Hello girly girls! As everyone knows, Thomas and I have quite a while before our wedding in June 2011. However, I have been trying to catalog things I like in my wedding planning book and on theknot.com. My plan for the next year is to look at as many possible venues as possible and that way we will be ready to book when we get to next summer. This will probably help us secure the date we want. As for the time and date, we are thinking June 18, 2011 at 6:00 in the evening. I have been discussing the idea of a wedding planner with my mother and I am probably going to make some calls in the next coming weeks for consultations. I have definite ideas about what I want, but now that I have been given the official budget from daddy I really want to keep in that and would like someone who knows how to get the most out of our wedding budget. We will see how that goes...
I have picked a photographer! A friend of mine who is in school for photography has started her own business. Her photos are gorgeous! She has a real talent and I am so excited to have someone I know do the pictures. I haven't booked or anything since we don't have a date, but I am planning on using her and she knows it. Here is her website.
I have also made a wedding website. It's in the early stages, but I have some preliminary stuff on there for people to look at like my attendants, our story, about us, and things like that. I might end up making one through a different server when this is all said and done because you only have certain backgrounds you can choose through this one and none of them really go with my wedding theme. Anyway, for now this is it and I am excited!
I received my "Will You Be My Bridesmaid?" cards in the mail this week and I am so excited. I know it is early, but I am probably going to send them out in a couple of weeks. I have already told all of my girls that I want them in the wedding and what I want them to be (bridesmaid, maid of honor, etc) but I want to officially ask them with these cards. I will do a whole post devoted to them because they are spectacular and the seller on etsy that I got them from it so talented. Look for that post soon!
Have a fantastic day!

Mommywood Review

I finished up Mommywood last week sometime and have been meaning to put up my review of the book. Overall, just like sTORI telling, I really enjoyed it. Tori has a talent for writing in a way that feels like you are gabbing with a girlfriend. That is important in a book like this. I find myself getting very bored with autobiography/biography/tell-all books because they feel like reading a news report. I don't want 300 pages of a news report. Mommywood wasn't like that at all. I enjoyed reading about her stories of life as a mom in Hollywood and seeing how different it is for a celebrity mother. Not that she ever says she is really a celebrity. In fact, she says that she doesn't feel like she belongs with the celebrities because she doesn't have a big mansion or lots of expensive clothes, and she doesn't fit in with the normal mothers because they see her as famous and they act different around her. I kinda felt a little bad for her. This is exactly why I don't want to be famous. Rich...I could handle just fine, but famous...not so much. Overall, this book was fantastic and I might even have liked it more than her first. I rate this book 5 out of 5! Run over to the library, Barnes & Noble, Amazon, whatever and get it! If you like Tori Spelling, you will definitely like her book.

Weekend Wrap-Up

I hope everyone had a happy and safe Fourth of July weekend! I went to Summer Waves on Friday and had a fantastic time! Ashton and I relaxed in the Lazy River and went down the slides. It was a very nice alternative to working :) I was a little peeved at the people (adults and children) that kept making comments about us laying in the water tubes in the Lazy River...we kept hearing people saying things about us taking up the whole river and slowing everyone down. If I wasn't the nicer person, I might would have said something about it being a LAZY RIVER and if they want to splash, swim, and be rowdy they should go to the wave pool which was made for that. It is perfectly fine if you don't want a tube in the Lazy River and you want to swim it, but don't be rude to those using it to be lazy! However, I just closed my eyes, relaxed and didn't act like I heard any of it. Have any of y'all had problems with this at water parks?

Saturday, I cooked a yummy dinner for Thomas and we relaxed at my house and watched t.v. I never have big plans for the Fourth because my mother always goes to Tennessee to see Nanny. Thomas' parents usually go to some friend's houses and all of our friends aren't much for the holiday. Thomas and I decided that when we get married we will start our own yearly tradition of having a big cookout at our house for all of our friends and family on the Fourth. How fun will that be!

Sunday, I hung out with Thomas and went swimming with Ashton in the afternoon. All in all it was a great weekend!

A Recipe and July 4th Plans...

Tonight I am making my favorite meal! Thomas requested this a couple of weeks ago, so I told him I would make it for him tonight. I call it Mushroom Chicken, but I don't really know what the name of it is. I am giving you fair warning that it is not low fat at all! I live in Savannah, we don't cook low fat here :) It is very easy, cooks in a slow cooker, and it has tons of flavor. The first time I made it, I wanted to eat it everyday for a week!

Jennifer's Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Container of Sour Cream - I don't remember how many ounces in the package, but it's not the real little one and it's not the huge one. It's the normal middle sized one. Sorry, I don't have a container in front of me
1 Package Dry Onion Soup Mix
Chicken Breasts - You can put however many you want, I do 2-3 for the amount of sauce because I like to eat it over noodles like a pasta. If you want it more like a gravy, add more chicken breasts. ]
Egg Noodles

Directions
Combine soup, sour cream, and dry onion soup mix in slow cooker and stir until blended. Add in chicken breasts. Set your slow cooker to LOW and cook for 8 hours (or until you get home from work :) When I get home from work I cook my egg noodles on the stove and then serve the chicken and sauce over them. It makes it like a pasta dish. You could also serve it over rice if you like that better. This is such an easy delicious recipe! It's also easy to double, just remember to cook it a little longer.

In other news, I have tomorrow off work! Ashton is not scheduled to work at the hospital, but our guys are working. What's a girl to do but have some quality girl time! We are going to spend the night together tonight at my house tonight because we are leaving tomorrow morning to drive to Jekyll Island and go to Summer Waves! Summer Waves is a water park on the island. It's not going to make the Travel Channel anytime soon, but it is very fun to go to and it the best thing near us, short of driving to Atlanta or Orlando (4 hours away). I haven't been to Summer Waves in a couple of years, so I am looking forward to going. I used to spend so many weekends there in the summers when I was a little girl. I have grown up going here, so it is nostalgic to me! A lot of our family traditions have taken place on Jekyll! I just love this island!

Weekend Recap...A Little Late!

This past weekend and the week so far have been exhausting! Friday, I went to our annual company picnic. It was a lot of fun, but I didn't win the award I was nominated for. Oh well, it is nice just to be nominated. I ended up wearing my blue dress (option #2) because it was going to be extremely hot on that day and it is very flowy. I was very comfortable! I ended running by Pawparazzi on Thursday evening and grabbed Lucky a party collar to wear. I thought that it would be too hot for him to wear a shirt out in that heat! Lucky looked too cute in his party collar and he was a big hit. Everyone else had big dogs with the exception of one miniature pinscher that was very spastic. All the little kids kept asking if they could pet him and he was eating it up (as long as I was holding him, he is very skittish otherwise. He is a rescue and has some serious mental damage from his first home. I have a post from November 2008 if you want to read about his upbringing). Here are some pictures of the day...
Me and Lucky in front of the fantastic water slide they had for the kids. They also had a huge moon bounce, nature walks, and tours of Fort Pulaski (where we had the picnic). My mama, me, and LuckyEating lunch catered by Ken and Candi's BBQ. If anyone is going to Savannah and will be on the Southside (where the malls are), go get some! It is very good! I had a chance to snap a couple cute pictures of my furbaby!Saturday Thomas and I ran errands and I wore my Lilly skort (option #1). I don't want to bore you with the rest of weekend and week. I have been so busy at work. Not to mention, someone told me they may be monitoring blogger now. Everything I have touched this week at work has turned into a huge problem because of our different systems conversions over the years and now our IT people will have to help to figure out how to fix the like 9 million error messages that have popped up this week. Thank goodness it is a short week! I am ready for the weekend! I will tell y'all tomorrow about my big(ish) plans for Friday and about today's lunch experience! I just don't want to pack everything into one post!
